parties of record in Pima County Superior Court cases to view documents that have already been filed in their cases. This site does not allow access to cases or documents that are restricted, confidential, sealed. |

| There are two options for using the ECR Online for Parties site: |
| Option 1: Access Case By Driver's License Validation allows you to
view your case by entering your valid Arizona driver's license number,
driver's license issue date, and your Pima County Superior Court case number.
The driver's license information that you provide will be used to verify your
identity with the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division.
Your last name and the first letter of your first name shown on your driver's
license must match your name in your case in the court's case management system
in order for you to view your case using the Access Case By Driver's License Validation
page. |

| Option 2: Access Case By ECR User Account allows you to enter
your ECR Online for Parties User Account information to view your case. To
request a User Account, contact the Clerk of the Court Legal Records Unit
and provide your valid ID, email address, and Pima County Superior Court
case number. After your User Account has been created by a clerk, use Access Case By ECR User Account to enter your account
information to view the case that you requested for your account. |
